Return and Refund Policy

At Pakideal store , customer satisfaction matters to us. Please review our return and refund conditions before placing an order.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us within this period to request a return authorization. The return window and eligibility are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be accepted when:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong item, size, or variant is delivered.

• The item materially differs from its description.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where relevant.

3. Return Conditions

Products should be returned in their original condition with supplied accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where reasonably available. Products showing customer-caused damage or misuse may not qualify, subject to applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or other clearly identified non-returnable products may be excluded where permitted by law. This exclusion does not remove any rights that customers have under applicable law.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a seller-paid return under applicable law, we will arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping. For other approved returns, return shipping costs will be communicated before the return is arranged.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and relevant payment provider.

For COD orders, approved refunds may be issued through a mutually agreed bank transfer or other available payment method. We may request the minimum information necessary to process the refund securely.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If an exchange is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.
