Terms of Service

Welcome to pakideal store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product details, prices, images, and availability. Errors may occasionally occur. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution.

2. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. COD is available only for eligible orders and locations. Any delivery charges or other applicable fees will be disclosed before the order is placed.

3. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm details and may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Where payment has already been collected, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

4. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products may be shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. We remain the customer's contact for order support and will communicate material delivery changes where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Store content, branding, photographs, graphics, and original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without appropriate authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any other limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will not remove rights that customers already have under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan, including relevant consumer protection requirements. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate competent authority or forum.
